FORTFIED Evaluations

Like many homeowners in Florida, I’ve been watching my home insurance bill go up every year, even without filling any claims. When my wife and I started looking for a new home, I gave our real estate agent our “must haves” and keeping my insurance with State Farm was one of those important requirements. Well, Katy Collins with ERA Reality, found us the perfect home (before it hit the crazy real estate market) and Disaster Smart worked with a local roofer and my insurance company to make sure we could keep our policy. I’ve owned my house for over 20 years and I’ve had several inspections done in those years. Courtney did my latest inspection and I was totally impressed with her! She was the first inspector to remove my electrical panel and look at the wires. She climbed into the attic, which is no easy feat considering the entrance is on a staircase several feet off of the ground. She was very professional and didn’t miss a thing. Now I hope I passed the inspection!
